Our client, a leading listed TMT company in China, is looking for an experience PE/VC/IBD professionals to join their investment team in deal sourcing & screening in the aim of expanding their market shares in China.
Our client, a leading listed TMT company in China, is looking for an experience PE/VC/IBD professionals to join their investment team in deal sourcing & screening in the aim of expanding their market shares in China.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to and working closely with the Group CFO in strategy development and planning and market expansion
Sectors analysis report writing on investment opportunities and risk
Deal sourcing and screening in Merger and Acquisition opportunities in PRC TMT market
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years experience in PE/VC, IBD or M&A in PRC market
Master degree graduate or above in Finance or relevant discipline
Proven track record in deal execution in PRC markets
Excellent financial analysis, negotiation and managerial skill
Experience in TMT / online gaming sector is a definite advantage
MUST speak fluent Mandarin (both spoken and written Chinese) and fluent English
This role to be based in Shanghai
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Vice President
