Job Duties:
Analyze, define and strategize on market and product opportunities and performance of each product line in the company.
Analyze and help CEO/ Head of Marketing define strategy for the company and product offerings based on economic, regulatory, competition and market trends.
Drive new product introduction/ innovation through Marketing Gold Standard/ New Product Introduction (NPI) process
Single point responsibility for working with various businesses/ functional leaders for Grow Play Book (GBP) and 5 year strategy finalizations
Drive Sales Forces Effectiveness (SFE) for various sales units within the platform
Drive productivity and technological improvements in the company
Job Requirements:
7+ years working experience in financial industry with direct experience in sales/ marketing.
Analytical and technology savvy
Ideally familiar with lending market in China/HK and has experience dealing with medium size corporate customers or exporters
Dynamic, driven, resourceful personality
Ability to work in fluid and team oriented environment
Good oral and written presentation/communication skills
Fluent in English & Chinese, spoken and written
