Position Description:
An opportunity exists to support senior members of Morgan Stanley's in-house Tax team covering Morgan Stanley businesses in China.
Based in Shanghai, the role will involve tax compliance management and documentation, as well as research and assistance in addressing tax authority queries and audits.
It presents a great opportunity to learn the financial service industry and operations.
Skills Required:
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills are a pre-requisite.
- Candidates should have 5 years of tax experience from a "Big 4" or a major accounting firm.
- China tax experience is a must.
- Experience in handling tax audits in China is a plus.
- CTA qualification is a must, CICPA qualification preferred.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and willing to travel among the Firm's offices across major cities in China.
- A team player with excellent project management skills.
- Interested candidates who are currently based in Hong Kong or outside of China should be prepared for relocation to China at their own cost.
