Our Client is a leading provider of investment decision support tools to investors globally, including asset managers, banks, hedge funds and pension funds. They are currently seeking a Sales Support Analyst/Associate for Asset Owner Clients for their Asia Pacific Sales Team in Shanghai, China.
Main responsibilities of sales-support
1.Index business
• Help sales prepare materials to pitch new clients
• Help sales do market research and prepare related documents
• Under the guidance of sales, proactively reach clients to establish and maintain relationship
• Prepare contract
2.Analytics business
• Help prospect clients run portfolio, conduct analysis and prepare report
• Help prospect analytics clients with their product questions
• Prepare RFP and contract
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree in finance/economics and/or analytical discipline
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry a plus
Experienced in middle to back office operation in financial institution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excel (Macro/VBA experience will be an advantage) and Powerpoint Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines. http://ping.fm/Djuys
