Multi-national industrial company with headquarter in Shanghai and various manufacturing facilities in various parts of China is currently looking for an In House Senior Legal Manager.
Responsible for drafting and reviewing of international commercial contracts relating to day to day business. Advising business units on various legal issues relating to business operation. Managing contentious matters, including international litigation, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance. Assisting in the drafting/review of documents relating to other ad hoc projects such as M&A, JV, and financing project.

The ideal candidate has a common law qualified lawyer with between 5 to 10 years post qualification. With working experience in law firm or corporate / commercial environment

Strong Mandarin+English skills.
