We are now looking for talented professionals to continue our growth in the Guangzhou area.
Responsibilities
Suitable candidates will be a self-motivated, outgoing and interested in developing strong relationships with local companies which are experiencing strong growth and with aspirations to expand, access capital markets and undertake acquisitions.
Whilst the individual will be given the full support of the KPMG firm locally and the Corporate Finance team nationally, it will be a distinct advantage if he or she is able to make use of existing contacts and business networks.
Origination, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements including fund raisings, M&A and buyout transactions
Lead and/or execute M&A transactions, including providing structuring, pricing and negotiation advice to international and local clients
Project management including the drafting and appraisal of information memorandum, business plans and financial models
Coordination of due diligence activities and the review of transaction documentation
Experience
Native Mandarin speaker with proficiency in spoken and written English
Relevant academic and professional background
Preferably a long term resident of Guangzhou or Shenzhen with an established base of contacts and business networks
Previous M&A, valuation and transactional experience
Strong communication and presentation capability
Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
