.:: Essential Job Duties:
Perform duties as Senior JCATS Trainer for establishing a Simulation Capability for the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) Military. You will be directly responsible for training designated RSLF Simulation Training Group Staff on all the functionality aspects of JCATS to include graphics user interface, all menu items, and operator functions and develop them to a level of proficiency where they can effectively train workstation operators in support of Simulation Exercises. In addition you will assist in developing a formal OC certification training program.
.:: Mental/Physical Requirements:
Excellent Communications Skills, both verbal and written are required. Applicant must possess patience and sense of political understanding when dealing with colleagues from Middle Eastern Countries. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
.:: Education/Experience Requirements:
Complete and comprehensive knowledge of exercise design is mandatory. Must have teaching and course development experience. Must be fully certified JCATS Trainer/Instructor; must have attended the 120 hour JCATS course and must be JCATS SME. Must have though knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Must be a SME on IPB and Be a SME on MDMP. Must be thoroughly familiar with the orders writing process as well as possessing advance organizational and planning skills.
