RESPONSIBILITY
The key activity will be to drive the Radio and Transmission Access business to Develop, deploy and maintain competitive Local Delivery Service offerings and Cost efficient delivery strategy
WORK TASK
The general scope is as following:
Initiate the business readiness through:
Understand local Market Situation (customer needs, competitors wow, and local market capabilities & rules)
Analyze Local Organization Capabilities (strengths, weaknesses, and new products/services introduction)
Drive the sales management for the local delivery portfolio through:
Establish the Sales Readiness (Methods, tools, certifications, cost DB ,..etc)
Support Key business opportunities (Scoping, costing, risks identifications , …etc)
Define the cost efficient delivery through:
Propose the suitable delivery strategy based on the opportunities criteria.
Initiate the cost optimization programs when needed.
Qualifications
Education and required skills
University degree or equivalent
Very good knowledge of the Ericsson Portfolio
At least 10 years of experience in the field of Project Management and/or Sales support within the Telecom industry, preferably Ericsson.
Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures
Familiar with commonly used S/W
High level of interpersonal communication skills
Independent, self-motivated and well organised
Welling to travel across the Middle East Region
Good knowledge of English both in written and spoken
