Jobs Description
1. Verification. When the papers are received for verification ensure that the essential documents to be completed by outreach has been done. If so proceed with the verification.
2. Credit Assessment.
3. Relationship building
* Maintain positive relationship with the customers.
* Once the loan is approved by the branch ensure that the customer has been informed of the approved limit and the disbursal date.
* Educate and discipline the customer to pay on or before the due date. And this should be understood as normal practice while dealing with Tameer.
4. Collection.
It is the responsibility of the RO to maintain continuous contact with the customer and ensure timely collections with focus on: -
* The customers personally visit the branch and make his/her repayments.
* Manage the customer before he/she becomes delinquent.
Required Skills
* Extrovert
* good communication and convincing skills
* Market exposure hard-working and self-motivated
* Good MS Office skills
* Compensation: basic salary + attractive incentive plan
