Primary responsibilities shall be automation of all manual tasks being performed in the Support / Call Center. Therefore the candidate should have hands on knowledge of Databases and Application development. Preferred applications are SQL Server, .NET and Oracle.

Ability to develop application for every heterogeneous requirements arising in the contact center. Knowledge and experience of development tools is a must.

Enhanced knowledge of DBMS and data manipulation tools.

Solving TABS related issues faced by all channels of Warid or Wateen. Ensuring & conducting successful implementation of Change requests and Incident reports for TABS. Business and system knowledge is essential.

To assist the Team Leader Business Analysis in special tasks assigned by him.


Experience Required:

Experience of ORACLE & SQL SERVER databases
