Preparation of documents for Ministry Clearance.
Taking the insurance to the insurance company for L/C.
Receiving the documents/mails from the clearing agent, ministry and intenders and dispatching thereon.
Maintaining all files related to Import Department.
Maintaining the Ledger, Database and Costing of all imported materials.
Preparation of Documents for the Clearing Agent.
Receiving the GRN from Store against receiving of raw materials, packing materials and machinery.
Required Skills
Strong Computer Proficiency specially in MS-Word and MS-Excel.
This is an entry level position.
An ideal candidate would be having MBA-Finance or B.Com (with at-least 1 year experience). Having attention to detail and a quick learner.
