Our client is a leading Land Developer in Tianjin. The current project is estimated to draw in RMB 4 billion worth of investment when completed. * Distinguished and Renowned company * S$9k – S$10k basic (High variable bonus!!!) * High Overseas allowance
Responsibilities:
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate Company financial planning and budget management functions
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies.
• Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Liaise with external parties such as vendors, potential partners, and government officials.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• University graduate with degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with CPA, MBA, or comparable qualifications
• At least 8 years of financial working experience, of which not less than 3 must be at the management level.
• Preference for those with working experience in consulting, Big4 public accounting firms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and reporting skills
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling /analysis and access, budgeting and forecasting
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a team
• To be stationed in Tianjin on minimum 3-year renewable contract
