Description

Manage and monitor outsourced FM services and local external FM team, where necessary
Implement FM service delivery and execute of site projects
Manage and monitor Real Estate, Facilities Management & Administration vendors
Represent Sub-regional REFM in country
Ensure that all office facilities are well maintained with proper efficiency
Ensure that all company assets are utilized efficiently
Ensure that Group Real Estate Guidelines and Local Directives are implemented
Manage local administration pool
Support Real Estate projects and Real Estate related documentation


Qualifications

Suitable candidate should have the following DEGREE:
Bachelor's degree from a related field
Minimum five year experience in Facilities Management
Good command of English, written and spoken
Excellent computer skills

A Suitable candidate should posses the following COMPETENCIES:
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage time to meet strict deadlines
Team player
