Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or its equivalent. Graduate degree is desirable. Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional license and other forms of continuing professional education is desirable. 15+ years experience in the petroleum downstream and/or relevant experience in business enterprise improvement. Will be a recognized authority in business analytics and optimization; i.e., identifying synergies and cross organization opportunities. Proficient in oral and written English; some ability in conversational Arabic is beneficial but not essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to Downstream Business strategy, including product offerings, target markets and customers, socioeconomic trends, and identifying leveraging opportunities. Coach and mentor young professionals in all aspects of the business.Provide expert advice and guidance on problems to senior strategic planning and Executive Management. Initiates, organizes and implements studies; investigates enterprise optimization methods and procedures to add value. Acts as DS&D Optimization Champion by initiating/leading and facilitating initiatives focused on improving the Business Enterprise Supply Chain component of the DS Enterprise. Manages projects or studies related to Business Optimization for DS organizations; e.g., developing improved cost reporting techniques, developing improved measures of activity, service levels, performance indicators, and analyzing alternative systems. Understands the downstream portfolio BIG picture in order to identify leveraging opportunities; works with diverse Downstream and other Saudi Aramco organizations by initiating teams in order to leverage the entire Saudi Aramco system.
