Description
As Service Engineer you will secure the integrity of the solution into the customer's systems, organization and processes. You will ensure that the O&M and integration is performed as per plan and verify that the solution is working as the Ericsson and customer has agreed. You can travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.

JOB TITLE: Services Engineer Accessed
SUMMARY:
The Services Engineer is responsible for O&M & solutions integration of delivered, implemented and integrated customer's systems. Maintained the organization and processes in accordance to the overall requirements and to the customer's expectation. If so agreed, the Services Engineer can also be responsible for the commissioning of the solution, by following Ericsson processes and policies.
The responsibilities are described as:
Manage the Customer services.
Support presales activities, including pre-studies,
Analyze the customers' existing systems, needs, and requirements, in cooperation with the solution architect.
Propose solutions for the customers in co-operation with the solution architect
Establish test specifications and procedures for the solution, with high focus on acceptance test procedure, acceptance test and hand over to the customer and Ericsson support organization
Secure that the delivered solution is properly implemented and works in accordance with the requirements,
Document the customer's solution, both for end customer, for support and competence development use.
Qualifications
To become a member of our team, you need:
A bachelor degree (minimum) in Electrical or Computer Sc
1 year of relevant work experience.
Telecom operators environment and business processes
Experience from Service Assurance/NetworkManagement/Service fulfillment solutions
Influencing and relationship building capabilities
Experience from working with suppliers and partners
Knowledge in Telecom, typically Radio, Core and Service Networks
Knowledge of IP in telecom Networks
Good communication skills
