DP Manager
Salary: £75000 salary and competitive package

Working as a DP Operational Manager, you will be responsible for the technical delivery and management of various projects within the Oil and Gas and Marine industries. You will be heading up and leading a team of engineers and be responsible and delivering on both the commercial and technical sides of the department.
Key technical requirements of the role are as follows:
Leading, managing and training operational teams
Conducting FMEA and FMECA analysis working for variousshipyards and vessel owners worldwide
Conducting Vessel suitability and upgrade surveys
Providing detailed Marine and DP assurance for oil majors
Providing technical analysis and troubleshooting for offshore/onshore systems
Preparing written business correspondence and technical documentation to a high detail
Forging business relationships with current and prospective clients
You will be a confident and outgoing individual who is capable or experienced in managing projects and a team of engineers. You will be client focussed and will continually seek to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships whilst effectively leading a successful team.
To be suitable for the role you will:
Have DP experience conducting FMEA’s, Vessel Suitability Surveys, Assurance Audits, Incident Investigations and Risk Studies
Previous experience within a Consultancy function extremely advantageous
Be an experienced Chief Engineer or Master Mariner and hold a First Class Certificate of Competency (Motor) Unlimited
OR
Be an experienced Electrical Technical Officer (ETO) or have a relevant qualification in Marine Engineering
DP experience essential
Have strong communication and leadership skills with the desire to manage a team
