Job Description:
1. Achieve territory sales targets of assigned products.
2. Keep updated product knowledge of allocated products and that of competition.
3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted doctors, KOLs, hospital administration, pharmacists and paramedics.
4. Implement sales strategy effectively.
5. Judicious use of samples & promotional material.
6. Assist DSM in conducting Product Presentation/ Speaker Programme.
7. Coverage of 250 - 260 doctors in a circuit.
8. Maintain 10 calls per day on an average.
9. Increase market share of assigned products.
10. Get maximum business from dispensing doctors/GP’s
11. Prepare advance work-plan on Prisms and submit to DSM / SM.
12. Synchronize daily activities on day-to-day basis.
13. Monitor territory sales performance
14. Be vigilant about competitor’s activities and communicate same to the seniors.
15. Strictly adhere to code of business conduct.
16. Identify & discuss areas of improvement of own self with DSM and seek his guidance.
17. Display good manners/antiquates & professionalism during the job.
