This is for a leading Asian bank well established in China. Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
• assist Department Head in managing RM of branches
• enhance bank relationship and strategic corporation with the big customers together with branches
• establish, maintain and manage the business of Syndication
• assist Department Head in overall strategy planning for corporate lending
• review the business planning of corporate lending and related policies and propose appropriate adjustment for Department Head’s approval
• responsible for the specification and implementation of the loan related policies
• write and improve the credit policies for business development
• write and improve the operation manuals together with middle and back office
• prepare various credit management reports required by regulatory institution together with middle and back office
• review business analysis reports prepared by subordinates, and propose action plan for optimizing loan structure to the managements
Key Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree or above with a major in finance, economics, IT or other related industries
• eight years’ banking experiences or above with working experience in large domestic or foreign banks, four years as corporate RM among which. Those who have management experience are preferred
• be proficient in marketing and familiar with banking products
• good communication and interpersonal skills, be willing to take challenges and work under pressure
• good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• those who have management experience at headquarter or district center are preferred
