To ensure nationwide BSC, TRC & PCU Design & Dimensioning are done in order to meet business requirements.
To discuss & finalize technical solutions related to BSC, TRC & PCU with vendors.
To ensure proper dimensioning is done for BSS Software in order to meet business requirements.
To discuss & finalize BSS Software Roadmaps & evaluation strategy with vendors.
To ensure that Rehoming Plan & any interim Rehoming plan required to facilitate BTS Rollouts are provided.
To coordinate with TXN & Core departments to provide BSC plans in order to facilitate Rollout & remove any bottlenecks for smooth network operations.
To assist O&M department in providing any contingency plans & technical solutions required for smooth operation of BSC, TRC & PCU.
LAC planning for new sites & LAC optimization for existing network.
To enhance technical expertise of the team.
To assist Assistant Manager for setting up intra/inter departmental processes.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in related works
Requirements
MS Office.
Strong GSM Knowledge set.
Strong understanding of BSS NE’s.
Exposure of BSS planning aspects.
KPI’s:
Dimensioning BSC’s, transcoders & PCU’s in accordance with BTS design requirements.
To enhance technical expertise of team.
Meeting target time lines.
Ensuring all technical solutions are delivered with optimum QOS.
