Job Description:
Universal Service Fund Company has been created under Ministry of IT to minimize the digital divide between rural and urban communities through provision of telecommunication services in un-served and underserved areas of the Country. Universal Service Fund Company is looking for experienced & dynamic individuals for following position on contract basis, based in Islamabad.
Human Resource Officer -(01)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Masters of Business Administration with Specialization in HRM from recognized University.
Candidate must have at least 02 years of experience in HR profession.
Must have excellent computer knowledge in MS Office, Outlook program, HRIS and typing/data entry speed skills
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES;
Handle leave management system.
Maintain Personnel file management and HR filing system.
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR section.
Support in Medical Insurance & Group Life Insurance of employees.
