Structural Engineer
Salary: £45k plus package

My client is a leading Marine and Oil and Gas consultancy who are looking for a confident and ambitious Structural Engineer who will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within the Oil and Gas and Renewables sectors.
Working as a Structural Engineer you will partake in the analysis and design of fixed and floating offshore structures, conversions and upgrades.
The succesful candidate will get the chance to get involved in the following:
-The completion and delivery of various new build, conversion and upgrade engineering consultancy projects.
-Design and FEM assesments, environmental loading analysis, dynamic analysis including random wave simulations, non linear analysis and structural strength assessment for various offshore projects.
To be considered for the position you must:
- Be degree qualified in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
-Have structural analysis experience of marine/offshore structures
-Have experience with Finite Element Analysis packages (SACS and SESAM would be a particular advantage)
