Job Description

Key Objectives of the job
The Saudi Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing all new Treasury Services cash management business within agreed timeframes, using a tried and tested project management methodology to onboard clients.

Responsibilities
Implement Cash Management solutions of varying size and complexity in Saudi. Deliver service excellence and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction for the duration of the project.
Project manage implementations by being the central point of contact for both our internal and external customers.
Provide assistance to the Sales Teams with the review and development of client solutions. Attend Sales pitches to support the Sales process and present Implementation approach in ensuring target deliverables and milestones are achieved.
Develop project management tools, such as project plans and action logs for each deal incorporating the methodology used within the Project Management Team. Provide guidance to the client with respect to the tasks and their roles and responsibilities within the plan.
Work with internal and external parties to deliver the solution within the minimum time frames, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, and resource allocation agreed.
Provide ad-hoc support and feedback to the core Product Managers based on awareness of trends spotted in the market as well as on a deal-specific basis.
Attend regular client meetings to review the project against the plan.
Update internal tracking reports and project management tools on a weekly/monthly basis ensuring regular communication with internal / external customers.
Pro-actively work to reduce implementation cycle time and improve overall client experience.
Issue and review client documentation and open client accounts, linking specific products to those accounts.
Working as part of a Service unit, provide support and cover as required and appropriate to team colleagues responsible for other aspects of Service delivery (Client Service and Client Acess).

Qualifications


Proven experience in project management
Experience in cash management
Experience in change management
Proven experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power PointVisio etc.
Arabic language skills required
Strong communication skills internally and externally at senior levels
Strong presentation skills essential
Expertise in time management
Experience in a client facing role
Team player
