Designing of a farm house including swimming pool, car parking and commercial gym along with a bar type restorant in aprox 2 acar land.
Land scaping of garden.
Handeling of project from designing to completion.
Selection of equipment/products for decoration/gym and snooker room.
Selection of furniture and fixtures and lighting.
Required Skills
Male or Female.
Indipendent, self motivated, energetic and experienced.
Having the capacity to handle the project from designing to completion.
Must be able to control the cost and over expenses.
Must visit frequently.
Able to conveience the management on cost and profit.
Have completed such projects in near futures.
